Account deletion and data requests
Customers and drivers can request closure of an IORA account and deletion of eligible personal information.
Request deletion
Contact IORALOG LLP at support@ioralog.com or +91 7568108254 to request account deletion. You may also use an in-app deletion option where available. Identify your registered email address or phone number; do not send a password or OTP. We verify account ownership through an appropriate secure step before acting.
What happens next
Access can be disabled and account identifiers anonymised while the request is handled. Active deliveries, unsettled payments, driver payout obligations and disputes must be resolved safely. We aim to respond to a verified request within 30 days and explain any records that must remain for a lawful purpose.
Records that may remain
Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, delivery and dispute evidence may need to remain for the applicable retention period or legal hold. Retained records must not be used to reactivate your account or for unrelated marketing. Isolated recovery backups expire on their schedule and are not actively used as a customer account.
