Delivery and service-area policy
IORALOG LLP provides IORA parcel delivery in eligible Delhi NCR locations, subject to service and driver availability.
Coverage and distance
Every address must pass the 50 km radius around central New Delhi (28.6139, 77.2090), and every destination/intermediate stop must be within 50 km displacement of the pickup. Google road routes determine travel distance used in the quote. Displacement is not the same as road distance.
Timing and handover
Review the offered pickup time and service before confirming. Route times are estimates and may change with traffic, weather, restrictions or access. No same-day or fixed-minute guarantee is implied unless explicitly offered. Provide secure packaging, accurate recipient information and any lawful movement documents. Completion requires the selected proof of actual handover.
Exceptions
For an unavailable recipient, inaccessible address, prohibited parcel, accident or other delivery issue, contact support. Return and repeat-delivery arrangements need agreement; we will not invent a fee after payment.
